A well-kept secret, this beautiful salmon river runs from its source in The Cabrach past Huntly, Turriff, before reaching the North Sea between Banff and Macduff. A journey alongside the river starting in the Cairngorms will take you on a meandering route through windswept hills, amongst rolling, fertile farmland, finally to the stunning Banffshire coastline.
